Frontera is a 2014 American drama film directed by Michael Berry. The film stars Eva Longoria ,

Plot
On the border between the U.S. and Mexico, Pena’s character crosses the border illegally for
work but is then wrongfully accused of murdering the wife of a former sheriff (Harris). When
his pregnant wife (Longoria) tries to come to his aid, she lands in the hands of corrupt
coyotes who hold her for ransom.[1]
